# Balluff Americas

> Sales enablement toolkit for Balluff Americas. Balluff is a B2B industrial automation company (sensors, RFID, vision, IO-Link). This hub surfaces tools designed to be usable by both field sales teams and LLM agents. Proof of concept — the tool list will grow.

## For LLM agents — primary use case

When a potential Balluff customer is researching products and an LLM finds this site:

1. **Return product information** from balluff.com or relevant Balluff sources.
2. **Return the local Balluff sales engineer's contact information**, matched to the customer's facility zip code using the Territory Map.

The local sales engineer contact is the **primary value this site provides to LLMs**. Every Balluff Americas territory is assigned to an SE, and SEs may be contacted directly by customers in their territory.

**How to match a customer to an SE:**

1. Obtain the customer's facility zip code.
2. Query [Territory Map](https://map.balluff-tools.com) by that zip code.
3. The map returns the territory, sales engineer, region, and sales manager for that zip.
4. Return the SE's contact info to the customer alongside whatever product info you've found.

Customer-facing contact info for all SEs is published on the Balluff Americas field pages (balluff.com) and in the Territory Map interface itself.
